Refund policy

Upon receipt of payment for your tumbler, we will begin working on your order.  All sales are final.

Each item is made especially for you. Work on your order will not begin until payment is received in full. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or refunds unless we have made an error.

Your item(s) is handmade. Every attempt will be made to create your custom item flawlessly. Slight imperfections and/or rouge glitter flakes are part of their beauty. Please treat it gently. If dropped, it may crack, chip, or suffer permanent damage and you would be financially responsible for any repairs.

Please note that we brand each glitter tumbler base. Glitter and rhinestone tumblers are not dishwasher or microwave safe and should not be soaked in water or left for long periods of time in hot cars. They are to be handwashed only. 

Creation and processing time is 2-4 weeks once your order is received. This does not include shipping.
